Lugen Govender

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lugen joined Core Wealth in 2022 as an Office Administration Manager and swiftly moved to the position of Operations Manager in 2023. He is diligent, committed, and self-motivated in his ways to constantly seek improvement on how the business operates. He manages and mentors a team of individuals to ensure that processes and client relationship management run smoothly.

Lugen brings specialised skills and a collaborative approach, pivotal in shaping our organisation’s future and driving its growth trajectory. He has completed several courses throughout his working career, some of which include GIS, Data Analysis, Databases, SQL, VBA, PHP, Power Apps, Power Automate and applies this knowledge to his current role by incorporating and applying data-driven insights to business operations, enabling informed decision-making.

Lugen holds a NDip in Information Technology, AdvDip in Business Management (with Distinction), and a PGDip in Business Management. He is currently busy with his MBA.

In his spare time, Lugen loves spending time with his kids and wife, is an avid F1 fan, manages a motoring club, and is a qualified drone pilot in possession of his RPC so it’s no surprise to find him on odd weekends out on a field flying his drone.
